Doxology Design

design process | how it works

DOXOLOGY DESIGN is at max capacity and is no longer accepting new projects at this time. (September 2022)
———————————————————————--

First Step
 — Client contacts Doxology Design with as much project details as possible, including content, images, specifications, deadlines, etc.

Step Two — We provide a rough estimate (hourly based) for the design services requested.

Step Three — Client chooses between two payment options: A negotiating a flat rate for the project or B choosing to proceed with the rough estimate. Click here for a detailed description of the differences between these two payment options.

Step Four — We will begin the design process which typically includes 2-3 passes, within the time frame agreed upon.

Step Five — Client will review passes and provide feedback (via email preferred) until client has approved the design.

Final Step — Once the design is approved, we will provide professional press-quality PDF files (for print projects) and/or optimized functional digital files (for digital projects).

* All completed project files will be archived by Doxology Design. Upon request, all working files will be provided to the client for an additional fee.
